As a laydee I, of course, never sweat.

However I have heard it said that the dearer the product, the better. And try those solid sticks, not ball or aerosol (chortle).

Depending on how bad and what causes it, it could be a medical problem which is treatable. Botox in your pits apparently.

HTH Thumbs Up

You need to use an anti-perspirant

I have similar upsets.

If it's slightly warmer than room temp. I sweat.

I just bear with it. I only use Old Spice because I want to be Terry Crews and need to smell like a man.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, I wrote it to just say, "I know dem feels Thumbs Up "

Plus wash your T shirts in Bio and make sure you dry them properly otherwise your body heat and sweat will make them stink within minutes of putting them on.

What is this - mumsnet? lol

apparently stopping yourself sweating from one area causes more sweat in other areas.

so instead of sweat pits you may end up with extremely sweaty bollocks Sick

This, been using it for years now. A couple of times a week is enough, for me. Its bloody expensive but lasts a few months at least. Smile

That's what my wife says too. She says she doesn't 'sweat' she 'glows'.
The sweaty bugger would say that though wouldn't she??

Driclor from Boots is what the guys in the military use. It's also prescribed to people with hyperhidrosis.

It's a roll on that you apply before bed and wash off in the morning. It'll be itchy at first but stick with it. Probably the best stuff I've ever used.

Tom.

I've used Driclor in the past and it very much works....I think it just obliterates your sweat glands so nothing can come out.

Just beware that you need to start slowly with it and only put a little on because it can make your pits really sore and itchy - I've lost many a nights sleep in the past through putting too much on.

Definitely works though.

Pit Rok is good stuff but use in conjunction with something like Dri clor once a week. It will hurt like fuck the first time and dont slaver it on Shocked.

The reason it works is I believe is it is aluminium based, and antiperspirants nowadays no longer have that ingredient so are less effective (could be bollux).

Driclor will change your life Thumbs Up

Triple dry is just as good.

Black polyester t shirts by the likes of berghaus, north face etc, ( they give them bullshit nameslike Argetum, vaporwik ) will be good for you.

Sweating is a normal (if unwelcome) bodily function. Trying to stop it biologically-wise makes about as much sense as clamping a hose clip around your dick to stop you pissing or plugging your ass up for a day to stop you going to the loo !.

Agreed. I had hyperhydrosis and a doctor recommended this stuff.
It does get a bit warm under the pits but its the only thing that has ever worked for me.
I've not needed it for a few years, not really sure whats happened tbh, maybe its burned all my sweat glands away. Thinking

We're not talking normal sweating here.
It's a bit of a cliche but the confidence you feel when your t-shirts armpits no longer resemble a Russian salt mine is quite nice.
I've also switched to roll-on anti-persistent deodorants.

Another vote for Pit Rok, I don't sweat excessively but it does a great job at making sure I don't stink.

It did take a bit of getting used to sweating freely (after years of antiperspirant use) but not smelling sweaty.
