MCE (new?) online customer portal.

While on the phone recently to a female at MCE she mentioned something about an online portal. Now i'm going to have to assume that this is a new feature and the only company to offer it since eBike stopped theirs in consideration that it wasn't mentioned when I took the policy out months ago nor have I seen any posts about it.

I'm not sure what it looks like once logged on or how useful it is ie; if it lets you make adjustments yourself etc. since I haven't got my details yet to logon (I have emailed customer service) but just wanted to make a topic about it and see if this was a new feature?
