It's a disgrace and a matter of personal shame in my country what's be done to that guy.

Yes, he's soft in the head and was almost certainly made that way by our armed forces but he's entirely harmless.

He in no way, under any circumstances, deserves to have been locked up in prison for 10 years for walking around naked. You don't even serve that sort of time for killing someone.

He's obviously very resolute and determined.....admirable qualities, but is it something worth doing so much bird for? There are a lot of things now illegal that I'd like to be able to do but I know that if I break the law, I have to accept the consequences.
I'm not sure about the wanting to be able to be naked in front of children thing, I'm not sugesting he's a nonce but aren't there times when you should accept others wishes? Isn't that what he wants? How difficult would it be to walk an extra mile to avoid walking in front of the schools?

Other things to be offended by in the countryside are couples fucking, farm animals fucking, wild animals fucking, etc etc etc.

Several cases against him have collapsed because they couldn't find any members of the public who would testify that they had been subjected to fear/alarm/distress as a result of his nakedness (police don't count as public for these purposes). If public decency cannot be shown to be outraged, there is no case for prosecution.

A large amount of the 10 years he has spent in jail are awaiting prosecution for cases that later collapsed.

Not to be outdone by a lack of apprent public interest in the prosecution or the ability to present a valid criminal case to answer. The powers that be set about engineering a situation where he could be prosecuted instead for a breach of an antisocial behaviour order they could arbitrarily impose without judicial oversight or a need to show public interest instead.

It stinks. They should leave him alone.

As far as I'm concerned, he is the Fred Hill of our generation.

He should move to have the CPS/fiscal listed as a vexatious litigant.
