Batteryless position light for helmets

Hi to all,
I'm looking for a gift for my husband.
I saw a position red light in a fair that can be mounted on the helmets.
Its shape is similar to a small black shark fin.

They told me it's without batteries!

Does anyone know its name and where can I buy it?

The best visibility one can get is a hi-viz vest, and even then other road users don't see the person.

Sorry for poo-poo-ing your plan.
Personally, I wouldn't stick anything on my safety hat. It would be conspicuous. Wind noise and possibly redundant as far as any 'safety' features go.

'sake, that's a bit harsh even for BCF.

I can point out three problems though.

1) 35 Euros. £3 buys you a pair of LED bicycle lights, sticky pads, and a hojillion batteries down Poundland.

2) Unless it's better sealed then it looks, it'll let water into the electrics.

3) It appears to be powered only by the dynamo. So it flashes faster as you go faster and stops when you're stopped. I don't know about you lot, but that's exactly the opposite of what I'd want for a 'don't potato me, bro' light.
