New rider speeding points

I have had my full motorcycle licence for less than a month, and have today got a speeding ticket with 3 points for doing 60 in a 50. I was exploring new roads and didn't know the speed limits so completely my fault.

I have had a driving licence for a number of years so will these points go on the 12 available on that licence, or towards the 6 I can have for the first 2 years on my motorcycle licence? I think the latter but hope it's not.

You have the full 12. You don't have a separate licence for a bike, just an extra category on your driver's licence.

Is the bribe system open to all Counties/Lodges? Not entertained in Eccosse more's the pity.

I got a speeding fine which I was offered the driving awareness course 12 months ago for doing 34 in a 30. So either they're not offering it again because they already have, or because I was going more over the speed limit?

I have no idea where they actually got me (I don't recognise the street name as I was exploring), so I'm not sure I'd be able to get out of it. I'll have to just take it on the chin and learn from it.
