So not really a private collection, and sold as is, off the container is probably better than letting your mechianics anywhere near them. Why would anyone pay so much for an unknown as-is , dodgy jap import.

Eh, he's listing as Trade, which is fair enough. It's hardly "spamming" to offer bikes for sale on a bikes for sale site. If folk are willing to pay those prices for unregistered bikes (well, bike shaped collectable objects) in unknown condition because Wapanese, that's their emptor to caveat.

As to where you'd find a market specifically for imports, I'm not sure. Might try the customising scene, could be some overlap.
