Hi, my bike is suzuki rg 125. I take away motorcycle to repair shop, they said that bike is reving more than 7000 rpm, but that the arror(indicator) is not moving more than 7000 rpm, but engine is having more...

SOOO, said that cleaned connections to speedometer. So they guessing that something broke in tachometer? But what could be that?

Maybe I need to assembly tachometer and maybe wipe out? I don't know need your help guys, because my bike isn't going as should to I think, and I can't see how much revs he past, so it's a big problem to my.

If it's driven mechanically then the cable may be worn at the gearbox end There might be something you can tighten. If it's electrical then the sender (gearbox end) is probably broken.

Do you have a friend with the same bike? If so stand them together and rev them and see if they sound the same and clock readings are the same.

No, yesterday I drived a lot so in 3 or 4 gear I reached limiter but the rpm shoved just 8000 or 8200 I think... So definitely it's something wrong that doesn't show high rpms.. I will look in rpm cable all the way, but what about that sender, I'm new to that, how it looks?

OR, its two types? One is electric sender and another rpm cable? If I understanding okey? Then mine would be rpm cable I think. Could be useful if someone who had suzuki rg 125 comment here.

I don't think the RG's had electric senders, only a cable driven speedo.

You need to remove cable at both ends and first check the ends. They should both be square.
If look good then you need check where those ends fit - bit trickier but both drive end and speedo should have square holes. Probably have to remove both and look very carefully.
Ideally need to fit cable into each end and see if any extra movement that makes end slip in the fitting
