Your attitude towards Muslims is as disgusting as a small minority of Muslims have towards military service personnel.

From a reliable close friend or just from the papers? It sounds like the usual rubbish that does the rounds on Facebook and the Daily Mail to wind people up.

Very British of you.... No doubt you'll be one of those people urging everyone to "Never Forget" in November. Funny really.

I do apologise,i suppose it's just the fact that virtually every atrocity you see on the news is islamic related, the fact that their religion excuses them from following the rules we have to,the fact that there are hundreds of examples of white Britsh Christian people having to change their behaviour to suit them, the fact that they can march down a street with banners that read "kill British police" or "kill British soldiers" while the police stand by and watch.......and it is not really a small minority is it.
So again I apologise, maybe i'm being too radical myself.
Ps,look to the internet for more enlightenment.

Careful now! Putting a racially motivated complaint into a Government funded organisation will likely see you
getting in to trouble, it's far easier to throw the book at you than to bring the Ferengi to account.
Still, silver linings and all that, at least he doesn't have to see/hear/smell them in a room of his own. Thumbs Up
Personally I'd pay extra for that.

Perhaps they moved him because so he couldn't seeing the Hospital visiting rules being openly flouted. Because if
you have spent much time visiting someone in hospital recently you'll have seen how it's only two visitors to
a bed between strictly enforced hours if you are white. Our dusky cousins certainly like to get our moneys worth out of the NHS.

You don't have to be a muslim to disagree with the governments policies abroad. Those that carry out their instructions are obviously going to be targets for those that disagree just as they are clasped warmly by the hand and thanked by those that do agree.

It's a hospital and the only thing that matters there is the smooth running of the place and getting patients seen. Just because someone comes in dressed as aviator action man doesn't change the goal.

Would people object had someone wearing a rival football teams shirt been moved to avoid disruption if it had happened before?

A military uniform for me doesn't command instant respect.

So blame the news for making bigger deals out of certain parts of the population than others.
Their religion doesn't excuse them for anything. Ask any normal Muslim. The only thing religion has to do with the "Kill British soldiers" thing is that the people doing it believe in some twisted version of Islam which everyone, including normal Muslims disagree with.

FYI, it really is a small minority. Just because the Rupert Murdoch makes you feel like you are living in a terrorist hotbed, doesn't mean you are.

He shouldn't have to be moved for any reason though, it is the uniform of the job he does and that is it.

I doubt if anyone would know the difference between the merchant navy officers uniform I used to wear or a Royal Navy one, does that mean I should be happy with being abused because someone doesn't like government policy?

Any job where you can be ordered to take one life or a thousand lives on command is not just a job though. It's not right that he had to be moved and would probably not have resulted in any disturbance but it is understandable why given a previous incident someone made the wrong call. All I'm saying is it isn't an islam thing as plenty of none muslim people disagree with UK PLC and its objectives.

Nobody should be happy being abused and I never said it was right it's just something that goes with the territory in a uniform. I would hope that simply saying 'its not, you know, the navy navy' would be enough for anyone with half a brain.

We live in a world where we are now freed from our own governments propaganda machine and more and more people are making their own choices based on what they see on the net rather than what they are told. Gone are the days when just because they are our guys in our uniforms they are the good guys.

Why is he in uniform if he's in hospital, why hasn't he been forced to wear an arse gaping gown like everyone else?

But don't let that stop you from denying that it happened while simultaneously excusing that it happened. I know logic isn't much valued at Progressive Academy.

Oh, in before Nothing To Do With Islam.

Haha thanks! Didn't mean to deny this ever happened, I'm just sceptical about these things without proof. Trolls always get free run if they mention the military and/or immigrants.

Your quote says there was a problem between a member of the public and someone in the armed forces in uniform. For all we know it could have been a soldier giving some cheeky chav a kicking for messing about in A&E.

Anyway, giving someone in uniform a separate spot to sit in peace isn't so bad is it? I know I would have appreciated it in the kebab shop walking home from cadets on a Friday night.

They should be in military wards with armed guards to prevent unwelcome visitors.

Pravda confirms.

Injured military personnel should be accompanied by hale military personnel, armed, ready and able to slot any whinging shitcock that kicks off about hating the country which they've chosen to infest.

Maybe those of you preaching about how we should be tolerant won't be as quick to say it when it's your county that has a drain on every aspect of it.

We had a Somalian problem for a bit, where they'd try to snatch girls on the way home (from work, not a night out), then there was a big influx of Eastern Euros who didn't integrate and there was lots of fighting and crime. Then we had a few early refeguees, which was fine in terms of crime, but they took a fair amount of the resources for the homeless shelters, and there was a lessened police presence. I hear it was bad in terms of the hospitals too, but I didn't experience that first hand.

I love the multicultural nature of the UK, the amount of foods and music and style is great. I hate lack of integration.

Who are you talking to? Everyone in this thread, with the sole exception of Omega, has their location set to somewhere in the UK and based on Omega's other posts, they are in the UK too.

I'm not being tolerant. I just like to know the truth before getting all excited. That BBC article is still putting words in the hospital's mouth. None of the actual quotes say anything about him being moved to stop people being offended. They've added that themselves.

I'd be the first in line to throw out anyone acting like is being implied. My opinion is basically the same as yours and I'd be acting exactly the same way if I believed this had actually happened. I don't though, so I'm "tolerant".
