That's what I use for engine oil Silkolene ,, what is it like for chain lube ?.
I use Morris MLR chain lube ,, seem ok , don,t come off all over the place  .
I use a peace of cardboard as well

Inaccurate title is inaccurate.
There's no cleaning or lubing pictures, just before and after.

I cleaned my chain this shiny only once. The time and effort it took wasn't really worth it. Now, I just lube it (after 500 km or a ride in rain), I use dry-lube, the chain looks alright I guess, no dead links.

Exactly. After 1 hour ride the chain is dry AND covered with white spots.
And I bought 2 cans of shite

I've used several different brands and types of chain lube the best ones I found were are either muc off dry lube or wurth dry lube not cheap if you do the miles though.
Finally settled with good old fashioned oil which works the best doesn't attract bits and keeps the chain clean. |
