Just popped up in YT feed - you can see by the Ford driver's reaction (i.e. moving to the left afterwards) that he was just in la-la land and not purposely driving close to the white line - 'twas a bit of an c'nty move from the biker to remove his mirror:

No need for it but no doubt someone will soon be calling for the 'before' the non-event footage, just to restore balance.
