He's so unbelievably irate that he felt the need to post about it twice. That's tantamount to writing a letter to the local rag in green ink, that is.

Yes, I hear they're practically volunteering to be eaten these days. Barely even killed.

this country ain't perfect, but it's alot better then some shit holes, not that that's to say we can't make it better.

And a bunch of right wing neo-Victorians intent on taking us back to the nineteenth century is going to offer an improvement?

Where do you consider not to be in tatters? Theres plenty that can and should be improved, but we're a hell of a lot better off than most of the world, including many other 'developed first world' countries.

I'm guessing you read the Daily Fail and have concluded the country must be disintergrating Thinking?

I don't read the papers.......believe it or not they are all full of shite.
I'm talking about my mp's claim that we have the strongest economy in europe and if we have why is it that this country is in such a state........you can't even go for a piss these days without spending half the day looking for a public convinience that has'nt been shut down due to cuts.
Look at our roads,i don't know if people have noticed but they are in an appalling state of repair across the country, verges remain uncut unless you want to cut them yourselves........you will have to pay for your own public liability insurance though.
As I have said before, there are many examples of where this country is struggling and I am just questioning this "strongest economy in europe" theory.

Better than a bunch of fucking savages from halfway round the world taking us back to the 7th century.
You seem far keener on that! What strange motives you have.
What a shame treason isn't still punishable by death in the UK cos your head would be on a pole outside the tower if it was.

The problem with the UK is everything costs a LOT, yet wages aren't all that high after taxes.

Transport, rents esp in London are terribly expensive.

It's not as bad as say S Korea where the purchasing power of £1 is 1/3 yet the min wage is 1/2 what it is here.

And I claim my five ponds.

Your MP has started ignoring you because you're clearly a pillock with an agenda, is there any answer from him/her that would have been right?

p.s. The grass is nicely cut here in London, and National museums are free entry in the whole UK.

So because we lack some public toilets and theres a few pot holes and bushes in the road, the country must be ruined, basically?

You still haven't said where these perfect places you think we're so far behind are.

I think of the UK as a bit of a shithole, but overall still feel lucky to have a UK passport. This country for example is very easy to be poor in. Things here, are pretty much cheap and easy to get hold of.

Even in the EU, say poortugal, things are way worse. I honestly don't know how portuguese people survive (cough germoney cough), wages are low, yet everything (bar housing) costs as much or more as the UK. Supermarket food is more expensive than the UK and for stuff like tools you will pay the same price for chinese shit that you would for mid-range brands in the UK.

Or then take australia, a wealthy and affluent country no? Yet they don't have to same access to stuff that we do in terms of infrastructure. Over here, my and build friends scratch built some speaker cabinets; buying the actual drivers was no problem. The UK has dozens of audio suppliers ready waiting to sell you whatsoever drivers you want. In straya I wanted to make another little rig up, there was only a handful of audio components sellers in the entirety of straya and they had a very limited range, yet very high prices when it came to the things they had for sale.

I definitely took our access to goods, both affordability and availability, for granted before travelling around a bit.

I can't think on anywhere else I'd rather live.

I guess I do have something in common with the 'swarm' after all.

I am better off under the Tories. True story.

I get about the national average in terms of wage, thats doing 50 hours mind you, but have good food, water, kids education, own home, car, bike, 3 consoles, 2 pc's, fucking tablets and gizmos coming out of my arse. I've got a wardrobe full of clothes and excellent healthcare, theres no crime where I live apart from booze related, I have 2 holidays a year and should I choose I could drink booze, buy a book, game, dvd whenever I fancied. I spoil my kids at xmas and their birthdays. I've got the freedom to write this shit.

I don't know what the average wage is in Turkey, but I doubt they would be moaning about closed toilets or bumpy roads if they their lives were like mine.
