How's about a way of removing assholes who are too busy with their packet of crisps or busy updating their facebook status to contemplate the finer art of looking outside their cage?

Also, that survey needs to go into a museum for badly phrased questions. No I won't dissect it for you, do your own work, but that was shocking. Please stick to management and stay out of engineering. I suggest retail.
