was in london with some mates from Scotland and was meeting up with a couple of other mates there and as I was crossing the road Into Trafalgar I saw this Twat on his bike
really bad shot as I wasn't expecting to take a pic crossing the road and the camera wasn't set correctly and only got this before traffic moved on

Does he cycle solo or is it one of them where a car full of security follows him?

Can I carry people on my bike?

According to the Road Traffic Act, two people are not allowed to ride on a single bike (even if it’s a BMX with ‘stunt pegs’) unless the cycle is ‘constructed or adapted for the carriage of more than one person’ – i.e. a tandem or a bike with approved equipment such as child seats, properly fitted.

If you do carry a passenger on a bicycle not constructed or adapted for the purpose, you are breaking s.24(1) of the Road Traffic Act, as is your passenger (unless they are under the age of 10 and therefore below the age of criminal responsibility). The maximum penalty for this offence is a fine of £200.

A car in central london? Laughing

Fair play to him on this issue. He's putting his easily recognisable moon-face out in public where anyone can harangue or mow him down. There's a good deal of inherent merit in our masters being assailable.
