Kawasaki not doing too well.

The F in Honda CB 125 F is for faired, right?

BMW climbing high, sold nearly 5 x as many bikes as last month.

It's the Chinese replacement for the Indian CBF125

Ah yes, the new Multistrada rip-off. Does seem to be doing well but I can't bring myself to like that styling. Would probably still choose an R1200RS instead.

BMW are the Apple of the bike world. Sure they rip off other folk's designs, but they get the sales and marketing right and cry all the way to the Bundesbank.

Has it been verified from the VIN country codes that it's Chinese? Sounds likely, but... motoring press. I've seen a suggestion that it's a Thai model, like the CB500.

Not that it really matters. It'll be interesting to see if it comes with flux-worm, kangaroo hopping and E-Z-Seize engines like the CBF, and if MCN will ever stop banging on about Honda build quality.

You have to admire them for that. The 'Long Way Round' was a stroke of marketing genius from which they will be benefiting for years. KTM's marketing manager should have been hung, drawn and quartered for missing that one.

Purely internets-apocryphally, KTM marketeers are still obliged to watch the PR train wreck.

If not, then they certainly should be.

Comes now every twatsuiter to claim they've never seen LWR, or were riding GSes for 20 years before it was made. Whistle

I've never seen it either. It is interesting in any way? Is it required watching before buying a GS?

I enjoyed it. It's a bit like the top gear specials in that it makes out they DON'T have a support army there in case things go wrong but even so, it's quite enjoyable.

Long way down - crap.

It's all right. There's some bikes, some laughs, some bawwwing.

Probably more entertainment to be had in this parody.

Every single GS sold since has been on the back of it.

Every.

Single.

GS.

Motoring press.

Next time I pass Blade Honda I'll go in and see if I can work anything out from a VIN.
