Just checking in. New to the BCF. Back on a bike (a 2010 Triumph Bonneville) after 15 or 16 year hiatus due to variety of skiing injuries. Got to the stage where push-biking and my bus pass weren't taking me far enough with sufficient thrills. So back in the swing of things on the twisties around Bedford. I've put a solo seat on since this photo. Looking forward to some bike-related chat.

Hence the addition of a solo seat I presume.

Welcome aboard. Your subframe looks twisted though.

Nice bike, OP. K&N sticker adds 10mph Thumbs Up.

And welcome to BCF, there is indeed very occasionally some "bike-related chat" here. Whistle

seriously dislike the blue/pink "football" flowering varieties, quite like some of the more natural looking hydrangeas like the oakleaf hydrangea.

liked the t140 bonnie (E and ES), haven't ridden a Hinkley one

Yeah the hydrangea def needs some ericaceous feed to blue it up, that way a better match for the bike.

I recommend the B660 Kimbolton Rd but then again, you've probably already been there.

Nice Thumbs Up but lose the K&N sticker.

I recommend bringing it to Santa Pod for a blast down the 1/4 mile next time we go. Should blow the cobwebs out.

Why put a solo seat? The whole idea of a bike is to feel the breasts of the totty behind you poking into your back?

Oh, merely for the cafe-racer poseur value. I'm nothing if not shallow. A ten minute job to switch back when SWMBO is up for a pillion outing.
