Fuckwit neighbour who's pissed off I stopped him slapping paint on brickwork of the building my flats in. It's a four in a block. Upstairs flats private downstairs council. He's a council Tennant and started painting without consulting and getting consent. Him and his wife are well known gossips. God knows I've got sick of listening to their shite about everyone around the locality. They're like an ignorant version of The Daily Mail.
