2005 Honda CBF600NA - East Midlands - £1000

Going to put this up here before eBay/Gumtree etc.

Due to upgrading to a sports tourer, I'm selling my 2005 Honda CBF 600NA. MOT until December 2015. Just under 55k miles.

Within the last 500 miles it's had a brand new chain and sprocket set, rear brake pads and a rear Michelin Pilot Road 3. Starts first time every time.

It does appear to have an issue with the headlight that I haven't got around to sorting out (most my riding is during daylight, so it hasn't bothered me). The main beam doesn't come on with the standard switch, however the "pass" switch puts the full beam on. The standard bulb doesn't come on (have replaced the bulb and had no luck, so assuming a wiring issue), however the smaller parking light below works without issue. The bike comes with heated grips, which are temperamental and only work on the "hot" setting, rather than the warm setting.

It's been used as my daily run around for coming up to two years, and it's never missed a beat. The engines in these bikes are very reliable, and it's been a pleasure to ride. Very comfortable upright riding position, and I've covered several thousand miles on this bike, many of those two-up (for which it's also fairly comfortable!).

Selling as it's been replaced by a sports tourer, as I plan to jolly over to the continent next Spring. There are some age-related scuffs here and there, and the previous owner has resprayed a section of the tank.

£1000 for anybody from BCF, will be put up for slightly more if not sold within the next week or so.
