Never assume that anyone at Kwik-Fit knows what a split rim wheel is, or how to get a tyre off of one. That said it was bloody funny to watch the twat try ____________________ They're coming to take me away, ho-ho, hee-hee, ha-haaa, hey-hey,

Death by Misadventure.
It probably says on the extension reel Under warning/caution but the thing is people don't read warning/caution notices.
I would have confishcaked the drilling machine too.
Almost as bad a folk riding a motorbike without any Hi-Viz on. ____________________ Disclaimer: The comments above may be predicted text and not necessarily the opinion of MCN. |

1) Put the washing up liquid in AFTER you fill the sink. So hot water, then detergent, then dishes in.
No froth, less liquid used and more dishes done per ml because the detergent is fully dispersed in the water ready to bind to the grease, not busy making frothy bubbles on the surface.
2) "Flooring it" has never been known to increase your tyres degree of traction on a slippery or loose surface such as mud, sand or snow. Try moving off in a higher gear.
2) When aligning the holes in bits of steelwork to put a bolt through. Never put your finger somewhere you wouldn't put your dick.
3) When drilling a hole in a wall or ceiling. There is no such thing as a "safe zone". There could be a pipe or electric cable LITERALLY anywhere.
4) If your car hasn't started in 10 seconds. Stop cawing the fucker over. All you'll do is flatten the battery because it is now flooded. Either walk away fro 30 minutes OR get the handbook out and find either the fuel pump fuse or fuel pump relay. Pull it out and start your car. Once it's started, it'll stop again soon after. Replace the fuse/relay and start as normal. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

When I was plant manager for a large building contractor, I used to regularly get burnt out 3.3kva transformers
back from site where they had overloaded them. Usually with excessive runs of festoon lighting.
Site blokes that aren't electricians usually haven't a clue about basic electrical principles. Also you'd be
surprised how many chippies and the like don't know what the torque settings are for on a cordless that
they use day in and out. Thick is as thick does. ____________________ Currently enjoying products from Ford, Mazda and Yamaha

A builder working here had a normal domestic cable reel - was surprised after a few days use the plugs seemed welded in?
It was rated at 1.5kw, the four sockets had kettle (3kw) toaster (2kw) and their power tools like a breaker and circular saw on a second extension

Some people are clueless idiots when it comes to things like this. For example, everyone knows...

In order to test if there's enough juice in these, put your tongue on it and if you get a strange jittery sensation, it's good to go.
Also, if you ever come across a battery like this:-

Scrape the white powder off, rack it up and bang it up your nose because this is what's known as eletrocaine.
Stay safe peeps |

What's one of those batteries and a woman's arsehole got in common?
You know it's wrong but sooner or later you're going to touch it with your tongue.

When nailing two pieces of wood together you can reduce the chance of splits by tapping the end of the nail with the hammer. It means the nail pushes through the timber instead of cleaving through it. Very handy when nailing near the end of a cut.
Flammable gas cylinders, acetylene, hydrogen and propane are reverse thread so you can't connect the wrong fitting.
Halfway through painting and because of complete and utter despair through boredom.....you can't finish it for a while? Leave the brushes and rollers covered in paint and wrap them in clingfilm. They'll be waiting for you.
Shovel from the bottom of the pile.
Load wheelbarrows with the heavier stuff over the wheel.
If you've got safety kit use it.
Keep your penis clean.
Measure twice cut once.
First cut using a handsaw is drawn towards you. Less chance of it bouncing.
Try flatwound strings on your guitar and/or try a really thick pick.
If you haven't got a guitar stand then lean in facing away, if it does slip and fall it's less likely to break the neck. Just get a bloody stand! ____________________ Diabolical homemade music Bandcamp and Soundcloud
