Bike not starting when pressing the electric start

My bike is making a buzzing sound ever time I press the electric start, the lights are working indicators and everything and also it's a pretty new battery I felt it cut out as I was riding home but started up again and when I've got home and turned the bike off its not starting just the buzzing sound it a Honda cbf125
Any help appreciated 😄

Do the lights etc dim when you hit the starter?
