I never watch these things but it popped up on my newsfeed and curiosity got the better of me.

The music tells me straight away that it is an inter-dimensional alien craft (dude). Definitely not worth considering the possibility that it might be a partially deflated and drifting aerostat, blimp or "airborne wind energy system," no.
