Ferrous Scrap is at an all time low (less than £30/ton) or that lamp post would be well away by now.

Seen at least one lamp post and one traffic light post undergoing emergency repairs on my travels 48 hours. And a dry stone wall that looked much like a hgv hit it. But car/van/hgv hits solid object is not really news is it.
