Lexmoto rising through the ranks...

BMW looking a bit sad..

Yamaha, nice one.

Now open a franchise in Glasgow, you dicks.

Lexmoto always do relatively well over winter, but the big surprise for me is Harley, who seem able to keep selling garage queens all year round. In terms of money spent per mile ridden they must be romping ahead.

Tons of income strapped people desperately need harleys apparently.

BMWs number isn't that bad, Lexmotos average price is what, £1500? BMWs cheapest bike is £7,770.

Yamaha are doing well across the board. The young'uns sure love those R125s, and the more sensible of them are opting for the MT, surprisingly high numbers on that bike already. Very surprised to see the FJR at the top of the touring segment though, and not the R1200RT.

BMW sales seem to be strongly driven by new models triggering what I suspect is mostly existing owners doing an upgrade.

Interesting to see that Harley's top seller is the new 750 water cooled non-potato bike. Not huge numbers because they have so many models, but it does show that there's a market for it. Now that might actually be new customers.

A brief Google search suggests that Harley is available at under £6,000 OTR. It's like a gateway drug into the tassels and chaps scene at that price and I'm scared to admit that I actually like it.

A real Harley for less than the price of a Japanese cruiser - no wonder they're selling well..

I'm sure there will be plenty of Harley-Bears who will explain at great length why it's not a real Harley.

Euro-4 a'comin' though, I wonder how many hawgs won't make it through.
