I'm looking to meet anyone interested in bikes, rider or passenger, to make a friend and have someone to go on rides, to bike meetings, maybe evenings, or weekends. Can be pretty much any age or ability, male or female, I'm 39 by the way Smile
I'm an all year biker, but will avoid the rain or the worst of the cold. I have a Honda NC750X, so I'm no racer, this is also the auto, so it's exceptionally smooth (if you're new to being a passenger) and its kitted up for touring, I recently went to Tuscany Italy. I went alone.... And this is my reason for trying to make some mates who have bikes, or an interest. I also have a CG125 which I use a lot for daily transport. I like to back the underdog, and recently went to Hamburg Germany, which was a brilliant trip. If you've only a small bike, or you're new to bikes, you can still get in touch.
If you're already within a group of mates, and you can invite me, please do Smile
I don't mind a ride out, if you're anywhere in Lancashire and think you might fit the bill, then please reply or P.M.

Do you also have a windowless white van with a stained mattress in the back? Thinking

Because that would be very useful for transporting bikes.

Paul, there are loads of motorcycle clubs in the North West although my contacts are too old to be of any use. However, I've heard good things about a couple of them so it's a case of going along and just see what's what. A google search will give you a decent list although I know that there are clubs in Blackpool, Preston and the Wirral. Doesn't mean that you have to become a "club type" but loads of riders are looking for folks to go on the occasional run. Good luck Thumbs Up

You've really burned through every minimum wage employer within 40 miles?

Living the dream.

C'mon, give him a chance, walking into a prospective employer and spouting off "fight me" has got to pay off sooner or later.

Thanks to Oldie for the advice on clubs. I did try, but I found my local club, but there appeared not a great deal going on, that was my reason for posting here. I'll have another look at the clubs around Lancashire. Many Thanks

Also I hate other humans it's much better riding alone going where you want to go not being a sheep in some faggy club.

I suppose that depends what you really want from your riding.

Some people want to enjoy their biking experience together with other bikers. Nothing wrong with that.

I go to rideouts with frends sometimes (once a month or two), it's nice to see them, chat and ride with them, but in terms of pure riding experience I prefer to ride alone most of the time because I would find it rather frustrating if I had to wait for people again and again, or follow them. From time to time it's fine though.

And there are also those who ride alone, hate people and have no friends.
