So I'll spare the gory details, but I was stationary at the time the driver we pulling out to the right, but looking left...
Anyhoo, after we exchanged obligatorys, I noticed the steering seemed a little off, after a bit of riding I noticed somethings definitely askew. Any thoughts on what it could be. It wasn't a fast impact, she just slowly drove into my front wheel, so the bumpers cracked/knackered, but I'm more worried if the bike is safe to drive.
I'm no expert, but if I align the wheel nuts evenly when sitting on the bike, the handlebars do not seem wholly straight.
Its a YBR 125 2013. All I need with my MOD2 on Friday lol |

Confused by what you mean as 'wheel nuts'.
Do you mean the Spindle (axle) Nuts on the ends of the spindle?
If you stand in front of the bike with the front wheel between your legs the handle bar should be straight across.
Really for argument's sake the bike should be checked at a bike garage.
If you are unsure wots wot then it would be a good idea to arrange a check.
If you fancy having a go your self you need to google motorcycle frame alignment for a method to check it your self.
If you find the results are not good you may still need professional help. ____________________ Disclaimer: The comments above may be predicted text and not necessarily the opinion of MCN. |
