I've got aids, had it from birth but it's nothing to worry about really once you get used to it.

It can affect people around me sometimes, but then they just need to speak a bit louder... I lip read anyway which helps.

Definitely still speculation, tomorrow's interview with Matt Lauer may throw some light on the topic or it may not!
The only source to confirm the likely suspect as Mr Sheen is the National Enquirer, a paper less credible than the Daily Sport ever was. Great if you wear a tin foil hat and love the latest conspiracy theory but, to most of the populace, it's a piece of shit paper!!!

That being said, degenerate behaviours do seem massively increase the risk of infection, yet it kills too slowly to stop the degenerates reproducing. To be effective at removing them, you'd need HIV to be the 1-step of the process. You release HIV, and let is spread around infecting (mainly) degenerates for a few decades. In this way HIV is simple the marker for who to cull in step 2. Next you release a biological agent that engineered to only be harmful to HIV+ people, thus removing the degenerates.

Sure you'd get some collateral damage, but no process is 100% efficient
