Those lamps are only actually 15 Watts, so won't fry your electrics - they just claim that the output is similar to 125 Watts of conventional bulb.
The correct way to wire them though, would be through a 'Normally Open' relay, using a separate switch and fuse. ____________________ Honda Varadero XL125(V8)

I've got a pair of those , they have 3 modes (High,Low,Strobe) which you cycle between by turning them on or off, they default to high when you first turn them on/power has been off for about 2 mins.
They are pretty well made but mine are not totally waterproof as the gland that seals the cable on the rear of them doesn't seal on the small cable but a blob of silicone will sort that.
They are very bright and give some good usable light depending on where you have them mounted/angled. I've had to mask the top of the lenses on mine with electrical tape as they were dazzling and I got flashed a lot with them on.
