Whenever it rains it is always really difficult to get home as the throttle grip slips (the rubber bit you hang on to)

Any tips on stopping it, (apart from glueing them together!)

Ok - your thread title says it slips, then in your post you're saying it's sticking?

Make you mind up! Rolling Eyes Laughing

Hairspray. Thumbs Up

Take the grip off, clean the throttle where it goes on, spray some hairspray on the inside of the grip and the put it back on. The hairspray has solvents (believe thats what it is anyway) in it, makes it easier putting it on and then when it dries the grip is stuck.

Short term... just grip it tighter Smile ... worked on my dr.

Also try wd40 and other aerosols sprayed between it and the grip. If that doesn't sort it, you could stick a bit of lock wire around it, fairly tightly, should definitely sort it.
