As for me, did the same as Chickenstrip - went down the garages and made sure both were still there and both still started ... oh ... and insured them. MOT next.

I actually rode mine today! Very Happy

About 20 miles to Oxford, then back again. Then 20 miles to Swindon and back again.

Took the KTM for its MoT.The knobbly tyres caused the electric motor brake tester to fluctuate far too much so had to revert to the mechanical wind up version. At least it passed with no advisory actions Thumbs Up

It was fun to ride there and back via several lanes.Lots of ruts covered by dead leaves mean lots of sideways action Dance!

Fitted new front wheel bearings to the M750 and serviced/cleaned the calipers while I had them off the forks.

Good pikey method? Open rear doors of van, tie rope between bike and convenient tree and, the important bit, an old mattress behind the van, then drive off Thumbs Up

new chain and sprockets, all standard sizes

and had bar risers fitted, the risers make the world of difference when standing up on the trails, as I'm quite tall and my CRF250L is a relatively small bike, I no longer feel like my arms are being pulled out of their sockets

Washed them down with cold water to get rid of the dust because the bloke tiling our bathroom has been using the garage to get out of the rain and cut the tiles. Started them up, left them running for a bit then put them back again. Our roads were gritted last night for the first time this winter, so garaged they will stay until the rain washes it all away....

The Divvy has been sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks; whilst checking it over following some work on the rear brake I spotted that one of the support arms for the wingrack had sheared where I'd never spot it except from underneath.

So I've been riding the Bandit whilst fabricating a new arm (they are obsolete now and no-one seemed to be selling one second hand). With the weather forecast for cold tomorrow, I got around to fitting the arm and putting muffs onto the bike. The difference in weather protection compared to the Bandit is huge, I'll be glad to be on the old girl tomorrow.

Downloaded the manual and started stripping the fairings off to see what lies beneath. Used electrical grease on visible connectors and put it together again.

Bit chilly for anything else so put it on charge until tomorrow.

I like dzus fasteners.

Used the back brake for the first time in a long time. Only to make sure it still works and cleans the disc as it is due an MOT soon.

Less than £50 delivered via DHL.
Light is flicker free so far.

Pretty happy with them so far.
