 |
|
Hello,
I'm new here so I'd like to say hello to you all
Ok, as you can see from the title, it kind of says it all. I was wondering what would happen if I rode a 600cc bike (R6) on a YZF-r125 plate. This would allow me to show up as insured on police computers as I'm 17, I cannot insure/ride anything greater than 125cc.
I understand that if I were to crash and the insurance company got involved to reveal the bike was a R6, I'd get into trouble but I'm wanting to know what the police/insurance company would do if they found out I had a 600cc bike with a 125cc plate?
Thank you all for your replies in advance.

If you got caught then you'd gain some points on your license and a ban. Having a cloned plate on your 125 must be some type of fraud?
The insurance company would only find out if you were involved in a claim. At which point they'd invalidate your policy, still have to pay out to third parties and then come after you with a bill.
If you were ever going to do any of the above then you shouldn't discuss your plans openly on the internet. |

Yeah go for it because the police are fucking stupid and cannot tell the difference between a 600CC bike and a 125cc bike.

Lets see, Riding without accordance to your licence. Riding with no insurance. Riding without a correctly licensed vehicle. I could probably dig up a few more they would do you for too.
