Non vented leather suits

I had to stop riding in my one piece leather suit at the beginning of the month as it was getting far too cold for it.

I'm back wearing my old 2 piece leathers ie bottoms and jacket.

But I feel safer and much much more comfortable in a one piece suit.

Does anyone know of a suit which isn't vented?

Have you tried a hoody over the 1piece suit as a stopgap measure?

Yeah, I have tried a hoodie and also waterproofs over the top.

From say April until the beginning of November I was fine.

My leather bottoms (velcro is going) and I don't trust them and i'd much rather wear a suit. But everyone I see always seems to have holes, which is great for summer, pants for winter.

My commute isn't too far.

I'm off to the NEC on the last day, but I looked last year and failed, so I just thought I would ask the question.

Do you wear an undersuit?

I have two undersuits, one for summer that apparently keeps you warm in the winter (not really tested it yet) and a set of ski thermals which are pretty toasty. If I can squeeze a sweatshirt underneath I will do that. Hoody over the top if desperate. I find my hands and knees get cold rather than my body.

Layers are the key as I doubt you will find any non-vented one piece suits. At least not at this time of the year as shops will be looking to shift old stock to get the 2016 stuff in.

Have you tried scott leathers? They make suits to order in standard sizes in any colour combination with or without a hump. I doubt you'd even need to fork out for their made to measure service to get unvented. Display suits appear unvented.
