So sitting here as bored as a bored thing, got me thinking Confused

Earlier this year I did a little tour of the North-West, using Polley Bridge as my base.
One morning I got to my bike to find the panniers had been gone through, luckily they were empty .
This made me sad that in such a nice environment, some sumbag could still find the time to do a shitty thing.

So that got me thinking about next years tour? as I wont go back to that hotel sadly.
Can you lot tell me about bike friendly/secure hotels/B&B`s in the UK?
Anywhere in the UK please as this may make for an interesting tour Thumbs Up

I will be looking at hotel websites and making a few calls myself and if anything comes up, I will post it up

Found this??? allegedly bike friendly accommodation, or? just a listing of hotels and B&B`s that take bike riders in, the same as all other paying customers?

Note : even through this listing, I have not found one establishment with secure parking for bikes .
Hav`nt checked EVERY establishment yet Smile

Second note : All the establishments I looked at, did not have a price advertised?

Glencoe/Ballachulish has some very nice B&B with good vehicle parking. It is also a good place to base yourself for some good roads.

Sunray guest house in Barmouth (ideal base for Snowdonia/North wales) - secure parking in a huge double garage.
