Anyone remember this little game from back in the 90's?

That's version 1.5 of the original but the best was 2.1 or 2.2 I think. Last few days I have been trying to track down a work (full version) of the game but can't find it anywhere.
There's shit loads of clones of it on Android apps but they're all shit and the original dev (Beermat Software) has an app out for 78p on Android but I wanted the original windows full game.
I don't use torrents, so haven't tried that and found a few copies but turned out to be viruses. |

C:\Program Files (x86)\GatInst\Trickler_BIC_DopeWars.exe
c:\program files (x86)\gatinst\trickler_bic_dopewars_3013.exe
those files are the Gator adware that get installed by DopeWars to keep it free. |

I bought a pebble watch a while ago, and I've got it on there for free. Still funny
