It works by double glazing and creating an air gap between the visor and the insert right?
Therefore does this principle work on any polycarbonate thing that is near your face?

I also have 3 spare lenses. So if I get some silicone and double glaze it very closely then it ought not to fog right?

I say yes if you can fit them so they don't touch each other which I imagine to be challenging. The concentric adjusters on a pinlock system allow for very minor adjustment.
