University types puzzle me...... I do a fair bit of work in Cambridge.

They can work out a factual equation to the power of 10, or identify an element purely by it`s atomic weight....... but if you ask them to cross the road or tie their own shoe laces on their own and they`re completely bamboozeled !

I've got a landing light that can be switched on/off from upstairs or downstairs. There's something magical about the way that works. I'm sure I could understand it if I looked into it but some things are best left a mystery.
