It should cost you around one hours labour plus another brake pad unless you meant you bought a set then it should cost you just an hour in labour assuming all goes smoothly of course.

I would get the mechanic to change the fluid while you're there if it's clicking.
i bought a set and an hour is bit too much for just a break pad dont u think?

So do it yourself or find a garage that will charge less. Garages won't bill your for the exact time, but round it up to the nearest hour.

How long would it take you to do?

If you know so much, why are you asking? Mechanic has to pay the light bills, buy his tools and pay a load of other stuff before he even opens the doors to people who want something for nothing. Get real.

After a crash to few poles, ive heard a clicking noise from front of the bike when riding. I've been told by honda dealer my front break pads are worn out so i bought one to fit it tomorrow and show the noise to a mechanic but what could it be? how much would is cost me including labour.

the bike is yamaha vity 125

Im trying to break this down, but I genuinely dont understand what the fuck is going on here.

"After a crash to few poles, ive heard a clicking noise from front of the bike when riding"

how does that have any bearing to

"I've been told by honda dealer my front break pads are worn out"

Are these two seperate problems? Or youve crashed it, taken it back to the dealer and theyve told you your brakes are the problem? Or are you just being a pedboy cnut trolling us all? Because I genuinely cant tell anymore Mr. Green

"how much would is cost me including labour."

surely thats something you should be asking the garage? No two garages are going to charge the same.

Foetal alcohol syndrome. Sad

OP's on a wind up. Nobody is stupid enough to take a Chinese made Yamaha ped to a Honda dealer just to get the brake pads changed.

Surely.

Not sure about ''break pads'', might be some ladies related thing, but brake pads are easy and quick to swap.

OP, do not ride motorcycles, crashing it all the time, not being able to do the basic, yet crucial, part of the maintenance and so on. Get a Playstation or Xbox, buy MotoGP and Ride, do stuff there, for your own safety. Wink
