Yep, I stopped grunting when i get up off the sofa 365 days ago and I'm still going strong!!

I resolved when I was 16 or so to never many any resolutions from then on. Kept to it.

Wise man, that's my normal stance, not sure why I decided not to drink, think it was a mixture of hangover and active child, but I stuck at it.

No it's was surprisingly easy, expected Ho,I days to be the biggest problem but it turned out to be the run up to Christmas.

Currently drinking Christmas Ales, probably be pissed after one.

On 1 January 2015 I was 15 stone 9.5 lb and I resolved to be 12 stone 6 lb. I am currently 12 stone 6 lb (give or take).
