The CB650F & CBR650F look pretty similar spec wise, both from Honda's who ate all the pies range Only thing I don't like about them is that they're created to be A2 friendly, when really a Hornet should be putting out close to 100bhp, and a CBR over 100.
I know it's not a massive difference but you want a bike to be as good as it can be, not made to fit into a category.
P.S. Obviously the RR is still around |

Not had a chance to open up fully, as running in, but from initial opinion, there is not a great deal in it power wise. |
So in other words, you have no idea how it compares in terms of powahh just yet...
But, also, https://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm |
always one in every forum.
So your obviously rather clueless on judging a bikes power, if you have to be bouncing of 12k to see how fast your bikes go.
Don't usually bite to guys like you, but on this occasion I will. In gear accelerations, and up to about 8-9k, I found little difference, in the CB650 and my old hornet.
Real world arse dyno, you'd be hard pushed to split them. I'll welcome any comparison videos, to prove me wrong.
Heard it all before about break in secrets. Been running bikes and cars in for over 20 years, Hondas, Subarus, Lotus, bikes and I have mixed and matched on how I have ran them in.
2 schools of thought, and that's exactly it, just depends who you listen too. ____________________ CB650F

End of the day, there will always be lovers, and their always will be haters.
I came on here to introduce myself, say hello, not to discuss how good or bad the CB650F is, or is not.
It obviously bothers some on here, but quite frankly, I couldn't give two fcuks to be honest.
Its quite simple really, you buy a certain bike, certain car, if you don't like it, you sell, and buy another brand.
The 650F is obviously a discussion point, so why don't someone stick a post in the general section, headlined discuss the 650F. However, I'd bet its been covered before probably several times! ____________________ CB650F

A lot of it is petty jealousy anyway. It's a great looking new bike with a real world engine, haterz are going to hate. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

He'll realise that his reply was unnecessarily angry, we'll hug and become BFFs. He definitely* won't get any angrier.
