I asked about the fazer range before but now more specifically about the 8 faired version. Anyone who actually has one or ridden one can they give me a review?

Looks wise, i like both the newer FZ1 and the Fazer 8 but some 8's Ive seen are a bit more in my budget. I have heard its only a shade lighter than the 1 and less power obviously but is it noticiably heavy. I am just after a good do it all bike Mr. Green Thank you please.

I think you will get a deal as everywhere is slashing the used/pre registered prices due to the Tracer doing everything better.

They are heavy, so heavy you might as well get a the litre version

I've not ridden an FZ8, but I do love my FZ1. It's a fair bit heavy when moving it around on foot, but once you're riding it's a pretty light machine to flick around.

I picked mine up for £3k about 6 months ago, on 18k miles. Very comfortable, I do 100 miles a week with pillion with no aches at all.

I ride an 2010 FZ1NA coming from an 09 Hornet, it's not that noticeable the difference in weight but it is heavy compared to small displacement bikes but as Doovy said once you're moving it's fine.

I get a along fine in London traffic with it. The FZ8 while not bad I would probably regret not getting the 1 as it's pretty much the same thing with more power.

Wonder how easy it will be to wheel around my back garden and out the gate. Will have to get the tape measure out.

Some new listings for FZ1 this morning actually which are a bit cheaper, mid 3k but i do like the white FZ8 Mr. Green
