Hate mentioning my accident again but. Would it be less expensive to basically take the fairings of my RS125 and turn it into a make shift Tuono? After my bike blowing over in the wind yesterday and all the broken fairings coming loose again that were damaged in the accident, would it be ok to just take the side fairings of like the Tuono? Or would i be exposing parts of the bike that shouldn't be exposed because they aren't designed to be exposed on the RS? I just can't afford to have it fixed up again at the moment. The only problem i can think of would be where to mount the indicators. Any ideas folks? Cheers

Hi

You could probably do it, but it would look pretty awful unless you spent a lot of time, effort and money on it. To be honest it would be better to just fix it up.

All the best

Keith

I can't fix it up Keith. I don't even have the money to bring it to the shop tomorrow and have the fairings sorted out again. I'm not talking about turning it into an actual Tuono. I mean just taking the side fairings of. At the moment they are just kinda stitched on and hanging there. They're really just a hassle and getting in the way. I really don't care what the bike looks like at the moment. I just don't wanna be riding around waiting for the fairings to fall of.

Yep, just whip em off. Ran my cibber like this for over a year until I crashed it again Mr. Green and found a cheap set of fairings.
