I heard Inazuma is suzuki's world wide model, so I checked suzuki HP in each countries and checked what they call GW250.

Mostly Inazuma in Europe and GW in America but some exception.
Only Japan calls it GSR.
Only Denmark calls it GW250L3.
Only China and Japan has half-faired model(250S) along with full-faired(250F)
Haojue Suzuki in China is maker.

*:faired model
<Europe>
UK :Inazuma 250/250F*
Germany :Inazuma 250/250F*
Italy :Inazuma 250/250F*
CZ :Inazuma 250 / Inazuma 250F*
Turkey :Inazuma GW250/Inazuma F*
Hungary :Inazuma / Inazuma F*
Poland :Inazuma / Inazuma F*
France :Inazuma 250
Switzer :Inazuma 250
Greece :Inazuma 250
Spain :Inazuma
Denmark :GW250L3 Inazuma
Finland : -

<America>
USA :GW250Z/250F*
Canada :GW250 /250F*
Mexico :Inazuma
Brazil :Inazuma
Argentina:GW250 Inazuma

<Australia>
Aus :Inazuma 250
NZ :GW250 Inazuma

<Asia>
Indonesia:InazumaR
Japan :GSR250/250S*/250F*
Korea : -
China :Haojue骊驰GW250/250S*/250F*/(250J:police bike)
Taiwan : -
Philippine:-

Russia :GW250/250F*

I think GSR is the worst name to call this bike.
I wonder why they sell half-faired model only in China and Japan.
Don't you like this half-faired model?
I've sat on GSR250/250S/250F. 250 is enough upright, 250F is more upright, 250S is very upright. 250S is used for police bike in China. I think this can be a really nice 250 touring model.
This half-faired model has higher handle bar and higher screen than full-faired model. You can see the difference in below pic.

My bike is waiting brake part at shop. I'm having bored weekend.

I'd call it a half arsed wet lettuce attempt at a 250cc twin personally. It's a good example of Suzuki's current can't be bothered attitude towards making bikes of all classes and sizes Tbh.

This is made in China, but Suzuki seems to be making this more seriously than Honda CB250 single.
Also this 250 is an only choice if he wants relaxed touring bike with big size and decent weight good for long touring.
I've checked some 250cc comparison videos, everyone was praising Inazuma seat was the most comfortable.
This bike is heavier than MT-07, so doesn't accelerate fast though.
I think it's nice there is a different taste of choice than every 250s look like ninja250R and Z250.

Buy something decent.

Mine is YB125SP now. I wanna buy 250 in the future (if I can afford).
I've rented VTR-F, it's made in Japan and has good quality but ridiculously expensive and steps were too close to the seat, and seat was not good(I had hip ache after 1 hour), didn't like it. Yamaha MT-03/25 is one possible choice for me. (maybe after 3 to 5 years or so if budget permit me)
MT-03/25 is made in Indonesia. Do you think these are not good either?

VTR-F 620k yen (Japan)
MT-25 524k yen (Indonesia)
GSR250S 493k yen (China)
CB250F 464k yen (Thailand)
Z250ABS 554k yen (Thailand)

VTR250 is the only 250 made in Japan now and it has crazy price tag Sick

In Japan they do a 750 and a 1200. It's not quite the same as the gsx, iirc.

They sell GSR750 and Bandit1250S/F here. 1250 Engine spec was a little bit different. 750 was same. F is sold without panniers here.

Suzuki likes selling both half-faired and full-faired.
Personally I prefer half-faired cause oil change is easier/cheaper and wind protection won't be that different.

You were referring to Inazuma 400 and 1200.
I had almost forgotten about these bikes.

I think it's so uncool naming Japanese word on motorcycles like Inazuma or Katana. Suzuki does this on cars too like Suzuki Kizashi.
They should stop it.
