Now that Paddy is a good question, a very good question. If you are smart you would have had your online tax return in before the end of January. Once submitted you can still amend it, if you don't submit we can fine from £100 upwards for being late up to 3 months and the penalties increase thereafter. I hoped that answered your question.

A friend has bought a couple of items on Ebay (when he was drunk and in the cold light of day thought "You know what, F**k it!"). One item was a car way up in Scotland and the other a painting. He wants to know if he negates on the deals will he get kicked off.
