help needed on a aerox 50cc plzzzzzz

ped is reallly slow off start like sometimes you have to push it to help it aglong so took side casing off and belt doesnt reach top off the pully when ticking over if get wot i mean

Hi , when was the last time it had a new v-belt, it could be slipping

right on rear pully the belt dont do all the way to the top off that ...so was thinking is it to small
had new malossi belt fitted
changed rollers springs and dont make any diffance
