As title.. anyone got any info?
https://www.infiniteperformance.co.uk/

Ordered an SV650s Carbon Fender Extender off them 3 weeks ago. Website says to allow a few days for delivery as they might be made to order. So allowed a week, then emailed to check up. No reply. Another week.. emailed again.. no reply. Now their phone number says "incorrect number" and the person selling all their stuff on ebay now has loads of negative reviews saying nothing received and no communication?

https://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=samm_whit&ftab=AllFeedback&myworld=true&rt=nc

Just thought I'd check if anyone knew anything before I raise a Paypal dispute.

I'd get on the end of the refund queue if I were you.

Paypal. I've raised a dispute and it's already escalated. Takes about 30 days though apparently.

Looks like the bad feedback started just after I placed an order. I did check their eBay even though I ordered through their site and all looked ok at the time. Quite a list of bad feedback in the last month though.

Such debts, very dissolved.

The director, Chris White, appears to be a serial midnight flitter:

He's doing pretty well out of it based on his area:

I actually had dealing with one of his companies before. I ordered some carbon preload adjusters from 'D2 Moto' they came through in an incorrect size. I contacted them, they sent them wrong again, I contacted them again, they sent them wrong again again. I asked for my money back and got it Laughing

Coincidentally I dug the last pair out of a drawer last night and listed them on eBay (I gave the rest away)

SHAMELESS PLUG

Edit:- relisted as It was up as a 3 day auction.

Because corporate debts die along with the company when they are liquidated and struck off.

The way to avoid this is to do a director check on the individual. If they have lots of previous companies that lasted <15 months and didn't file accounts at companies house then it should ring alarm bells.

Companies house could get them on fraudulent trading but companies house has barely any staff.

As somebody else said somewhere else. Scummers can only act like that because others don't act like scummers.

Yup, it's astonishing what you can get away with before the State steps in.

And creditors get stuffed because they extend credit. I find it astonishing that in 2016 many businesses still use and accept cheques and give months to pay before they start chasing it up.

From 2012.

I'm not sure if I can check every company directors details before ordering from people online... might make onine shopping a bit time consuming.

Thanks for links and input. I've escalated a claim with Paypal.
