So yesterday i was starting my bike and the first two times its starts 100% fine but the third time i hear this clicking noise, i only hear it once and it keeps happening every time i press the button. But when i use the kick start to start my bike its starts up fine, im current charging my battery up to see if its the problem, anyone got any ideas? there is a video of the noise below

Solenoid in the starter most likely, if it was down to a weak battery I would expect the solenoid to 'chatter' instead. If you know of any bike breakers or salvage yards give them a call, wouldn't be much more than £20 for a replacement
