Hi Guys

Just booked my CBT and DAS in Kettering with CamRiders, only to find the have a Buy one Get one Free offer on at the moment.

Wondering if anyone is interested in joining me for this, and splitting the cost 2 ways. Full cost is £724, so £362 each - not bad!

You would have to do the same sessions I've booked, which are:
Satursay 16th April: 9am to 4.30 - CBT
Monday 18th April: 8am to 12pm - Session 1
Tuesday 19th April: 8am to 12pm - Session 2
Friday 22nd Aprll: 11am to 3pm - Mod 1
Thursday 5th May: I am to 12pm - Mod 2

Let me know if your interested, bike and kit hire is included in the price.

You'll just have to have your theory test passed before the 6th 6th April

Cheers
Ash

£600 for me all in (£625 because I failed the theory first time), and that's by far the cheapest I've found after speaking to others

Satursay 16th April

Satursay you say? I like this day. I hereby declare that hence forth there is eight days in a week and this "Satursay" is a day whereby no one works. Here here!

..

I think my training and tests came to just over eight hundred in total and that's just for my A2. Knowing that I have many hoops to jump through ahead of me at some point is so internally painful it's unreal although on the contrary it should be a breeze since I've been through and passed it all once and should know how to ride by know of course being a little different when you're genuinely learning for the first time.

Camrider are a rip off.
I did my cbt with them but the cost of the Das was too much.
I ended up going with Geoff at Academy in Corby.
Only cost me £320 to pass my mod 1 and 2 with him.
That included ;
1x check ride where he takes you out to see what level your riding at.
1x Mod 1 practice lesson.
Mod 1 Test.
1x Mod 2 Practice lesson.
and finally the Mod 2 test.
All kit and bike hire included.

The guys at Camrider are good guys but the prices and waiting times between lessons is not good enough imo

Blimey, its a miracle anyone learns to ride these days.

Bring back the days of the 2 part test on a 125 then ride what the fuck you like lol.

Or even better...
30 mins riding round the block, with tester only seeing you for a min or 2 of your test Shocked
Then straight into the pub (test was based in pub carpark) to buy the test guy a drink for passing you Laughing
