There will be manuals out there somewhere.

It's one of the better (or should I say more desirabe) Jawas if you're going to have one. Twinport single right? I like those.

The single best thing you can do for that bike is to fit a powerdyno electronic ignition and generator system. Superb, utterly reliable spark and 12V/150w of power output with no wearing parts.

They don't list your bike but I'd guess the generic Jawa single one would fit. You could always ask them.

As an only vaguely related aside. Do PAV trailers ever come up for sale in your neck of the woods? I'd like one for my Enfield but they are like rocking horse poo in the UK.

Only replicas: https://www.mototechnik.cz/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=20 (English not working properly, sorry) Thumbs Up

Used/original Pavs are rather rare and when you can come across one, it's mostly a overpriced rust bucket.

Fun fact: Pav means Peacock in English.

€624.91 - kit, not painted
€666.62 - kit, painted (red/black)
€791.62 - complete unit, not painted
€916.62 - complete unit, painted (red/black)
------------
All those prices above are incl. VAT. All made in Czech rep.

yes single twinport and might look into the vape after the bikes rebuild as its a alternator 6 volt and not the dynamos that were subject to failure on the earlier models

If you need translating stuff, as they do shipping to UK, let me know. I bet there are even UK based retailers of the Pav units/parts. Thumbs Up
