I have a Derbi senda drd 125 and it's been getting very hot I have put in some fresh coolant and it was fine for 5 mins then it started to get hot again the pipes are really hot and expanded also it started to leak and was bubbling off the engine anyone tell me what's causing this thanks!

It would be handy if you could stick to one thread.

Can you turn the fan by hand? If so does it spin freely or is there notchiness?

Checked the water pump?
Checked for air locks?
Checked the headgasket?
Checked the radiator?
Checked the Thermostat?
Checked for blockages?
Taken it to someone who knows what they are doing rather than make yet another thread on the same subject?
