2003 NSR125 wont start on button, but will start through bum

Hey, annoying issue with my bike atm

2003 NSR 125, it doesn't start on the starter button, but if you bump it it starts easily, just bought a new battery, took it for a ride, still won't start on the button

what happens when starter button pressed, naf all, lights dim, clicking noise??

what happens if stand is up, in gear and clutch pulled??

Sounds like the starter clutch.
