Hi
I dropped my bike the other day and when I rode it afterwards it felt strange, so I checked the wheel alignment using the string method, on one side the gap to the front and back of the front wheel was 35mm, on the other side it was 19mm and 13mm. Firstly I'm guessing this is out enough for me to be able to feel it and I'm not just imagining that it feels different, and secondly the the marks on the swing arm are in the same place as they where before I dropped the bike, so what would you expect would be bent and how would you check it?
Really appreciate any help you can give
Thanks

How did you come off?

A common culprit might be twisted forks in the yokes.

There is a BCF technique to fix it which you won't like the sound of.

Probably just the bars are bent on one side. Put a straight edge across behind the bar clamps and you'll be able to tape off it at points to check one side against the other. Whichever side is bent, bend it back.
