About a month and a half ago, I initiated interest to the DVLA.

1 week later filled out the fancy green form that came in the box of mail.

Had my sister (Lawyer) get her lawyer friend to sign the 'proof of identity' mumbo jumbo as my Passport expired a few months back.

That took another week.

Bish bash bosh, sealed and ready to be consumed by Postbox Red...

In it goes

3 weeks after the deposit, I still wait.

What have they found, I say?! Shocked

In the meantime, I have the noose loose and ready in case my patience evaporates.

They probably lost it. Or something similarly fuckwitted like it being on someones desk and they've gone on maternity leave. The whole place is staffed by unemployable morons.
